I come here out of necessity as it's close to work. I generally come in the mornings for some breakfast before work and it's a very busy place. My main beef with this location is this - I go to various Tim's locations about 3-4 times per week and always get a Farmer's Wrap sandwich combo. This location charges extra for the hashbrown on the side while others do not. When I ask why they charge extra, which I have asked a couple times, they always say "you get a hashbrown inside already." The pictures on the menu clearly show a hashbrown with every sandwich which I point out, but they just ignore that. I'm not sure why this location is different than the rest, but it's kind of annoying. Besides that, the washrooms are ok, but generally not that clean. And the staff is always shouting for the next customer in line. Also annoying when you're just trying to relax and drink your coffee when you hear staff shouting every 2 minutes "Can I help who's next?!"

great staff, clean location. But way too many people hang outside and around the store. scares people away and hard to enter some nights. I've seen personally handicapped people in wheel chairs get told to f--- off when they ask people to move away from door so they could enter. Is this a business or a hang out.

If you want good coffee and a insane conversation with some of the wierdest characters Hamilton has to offer this is the place for you.

To every Tim Hortons public use for the Bathroom should be checked. Men are using women washroom. An disgusting its not kept clean
