What a terrible experience and overall hit to the legacy of Tim Hortons. This location should be closed down!!!!! It's obvious nobody is taking care of how it looks, garbage bins all broken, garbage all over the place and the staff, specifically the manager I dealt with today Fri Feb 21 2025 @ approximately 12 pm should not dealing with people. After waiting almost 20 minutes in the drive through for a dozen donuts you would think that they would comp something.......I asked the manager if she would give me a discount on the donuts given the extra ordinary delay and she said no! We are training today and if you don't want to pay the full price then you don't get the donuts. I asked her for her name and she said I dont have to give you my name and walked away. She didnt even have any kind of Tim's uniform or ID on to show she worked there. Honestly, this person and location has no accountability and transparency in regards to their actions! Wont be back there again. I see their reviews are very low which is not surprising. People have to speak up and avoid this place so it will hit them in the pocket book!
firstly, i love this location because most of the employees are super nice. Especially the people that worked here about a year ago.nnHOWEVER, there are some problems with the business, that i believe fall directly on the owner/managers. When i go in the mornings, if i make a mobile order they will serve two or three rounds of customers before i get my order. And i mean, they will serve the 5 people in line when i get there, the 5 people that come in as the first 5 are leaving, and sometimes a third round too. I do believe this is largely a management issue, as well as an under-staffing, and training issue, as opposed to a customer service/person issue. The hourly workers are great, and there are usually not more than 3 present, even at peak times. The owner is not hiring an appropriate amount of staff for the job. This sucks because the people that work there all seem like very nice and competent people, but their workload is way too high for the pay they receive. Understaffing also leads to the workers dealing with verbal abuse, that i have seen countless times. This is upsetting to both the customer, because i get to watch an old man scream at a
EDIT: They respond with a generic message urging complaints to be directed to their contact page, but then completely ignore it. I’ve been reporting this issue since January 20th - they’re pathetic!nnThis Tim Horton’s is the NASTIEST location ever. I went to get a muffin and an iced coffee and not only was my iced coffee all creamer and white, but the muffin I was given was the incorrect one. I went up to the cashier again and let her know of the muffin error. She asked for it back, I told her I touched it to pull it out of the bag and see it was the wrong flavour, and that I was sick. She asked for it back again, I gave it to her figuring she was going to toss it out. She instead threw it back into the display with the other muffins.nnMe and several other customers in line watched in disgust that she just did that. Given the clientele in that area that are often in this Tim Horton’s, I’d be careful about eating anything there knowing their lack of hygienic food practices.
The only reason I didn't walk out is because a shorter girl walked in and took charge . Got everyone's order out. She should be promoted. Don't know her name don't want to be rude but she is the shortest employee
The worst tims! This is after multiple bad experiences here, not just one. Very frustrating.nnExpect a 20+ minute waitnnAfter waiting in the drive through for 10 mins I get to the window only to have the employee say she won’t be serving any food she took my order ten minutes prior. And told me I’d have to wait an additional 15-20 if I wanted food and that I’d need to come inside…. Then I come inside only to find out they never even took my order…nThe employees are complaining about not having enough staff, maybe that’s true, but they also definitely are not moving quickly on top of that you’ll be able to see this as you wait in line for 15 minutesnnI got here 20 minutes ago… still have not received my order.
