Minus stars if I could!!nMy grandmother was walking by this location and saw a homeless man, asking him if he'd like something. He asked her for a coffee, so she went into this Tim Hortons location to purchase one and was refused, due to her purchasing for the homeless man. How dare you. Teach your employees more respect and dignity because that is discrimination. Or maybe management needs to be educated because that is not how you speak to someone, especially a paying customer trying to help in this awful world.nIf I was there, I would have made a scene, you cannot refuse a paying customer. If I witness this or hear from anyone, that this kind of behaviour is continuing, I will call my lawyer. No one deserves to be treated with that type of disrespect including my 84 year old grandmother who was trying to help! there were 6 people working in the store and the door was closed at 6.40am in the morning, that too on friday morning.nI walkup to drivethru and that lady were literally saying no without giving any reason.nThis is really unprofessional, if you deny a customer for some reason atleast let them know what was the reason.

This is a get in and get out kind of location, No issues with my order however the location is awful, Degenerates congregate outside.nnBeggars at every exit, well most of the time.nnThe staff were consistently friendly, I think this location should renovate to a drive through only location.

The workers are amazing and super kind and they have to deal with so much and I feel so badnThere’s a lot of rude disrespectful people who talk to them in a very rude way, but they handle it like a bossnEspecially this ladynI hope her day gets better

I went in this afternoon for two coffees and some food. The service was excellent! Brooke/Deb, not sure I think I heard her called both names - went above and beyond and it is much appreciated. I was looking for the Nutella croissant but there were none available - instead of saying they were sold out she made one for me quickly. The store wasn’t crazy busy but busy enough. I just wanted to showcase something I feel employees “miss” the mark on usually, this woman is the type of employee companies try to hold onto.
