McDonald's

I ordered through uber eats app. Food packaging was sturdy and properly sealed. I got quarter pounder with extra cheese, large fries, and sundae. Containers were biodegradable. It is affordable, delicious, filling, and usual from the franchise. I have no concern and happy with indulgence. This location has been running for a long time without issue from past orders.

Cleaning staff was on top of it. This one dude yesterday was walking around with a broom. Mop and spray bottle like a zombie. For 3 hours non stop. Spraying germs while they float in the air. I just once would love to order a. F. Egg McMuffin from this location without eating a ton of eggshells.nnSTOP WITH THE EGG SHELLSnOR I’ll get a lawyernyou can make people sick

So this is the poutine I received. & The one my wife recieved was not much different. Maybe the staff got hungry while prepping? Or they split 1 poutine into 2? Either way, really disappointed, this don’s is consistently a let down. As a former manager of a much busier McDonalds location, management and ownership here needs to get it together.nnEDIT- 4.5.2025, Tried them again today, they missed half the order 3 items which were not marked as sold out when ordering disappeared. Wasnt charged for it but i wouldnt have even bothered with the rest of order if i knew it was out. & somehow someway seems like someone first burnt then sat on my jr chicken. Picture attached of the junior chicken. This should be a crime. Friday nights im sure are very busy here, but that should not lead to this.nn+ they forgot the straw too.

Had to leave a review, come to this McDonald’s almost every morning order the same thing, the hot chocolate is pure waternAsked them to check it, solved nothing.nAsked for no cheese got not egg aswell,nPlease explain why I don’t get what I pay for?

Fast service, friendly staff, and the food is always warm. The interior could use some attention. The washrooms are dirty and the floors are often slippery. I usually stick to the drive-thru, so it’s not a major issue, but it’s definitely something they should improve.
