McDonald's

Very popular McDonald's. Tons of people can be there at any time. Service is really good and has the self ordering if wanted. Drinks are in an area with refills. Lots of parking in the parking lot. Basically a really good McDonald's.

Since staff received a raise service has gone down. Happy meal ask for a book you get a toy ask for a hamburger get a cheeseburger ask for rootbeer get a coke. This happens at drive thru. If at sit down at least you can go to counter. This does not happen all of the time just often enough.

Anyone who orders drive through or take out at this location had best be prepared to go right back inside to fix the inevitable errors. This is the only location where service has been so poor and where the staff were so blatantly rude that I will literally go out of my way to order somewhere else. If you specifically want McDonalds I recommend the location on Barton St E and Lotteridge St. which is smaller, doesn't have a Play Place if that's something you need, but is nicer in nearly every way.

This McD’s is awful!!!!!! Every time my hubby or myself come to this location something is messed up and we always have horrible rude customer service. It’s a shame these workers do not care about their customers. My hubby just left from drive thru and got his food thrown at him because the worker was upset that she had to go back inside to get the sauce we had paid for. It’s also very dirty went there couple days ago and all the tables were disgustingly dirty. I asked nicely for someone to wipe the table and she never came. I’m just fed up with the horrible service. I will not be going here again. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND NO ONE GOES HERE.

Quick, friendly, and efficient service. They are up to date with all of the touchscreen technology that other store fronts have. Reasonably clean and there's always parking.
