Starbucks

This starbucks is owned by the hotel, and they use that reason for not participating in special starbucks promotions, such as the free drink on your birthday. There is wifi, and the staff is generally nice. Like most starbucks stores, it is expensive, but I love the frappaccinos.

I ask for the same coffee all the time but get different prices half the time, though recently I have noticed small changes that make a big difference. The line can get long because it's inside the mall however they keep it moving quickly. I like to pay with my app and it always works now. They dont redeem points/gifts.

My least favourite location. Every single table has garbage on it. Service is good. But you cannot redeem your stars.

Slow services. Constantly out of this and that. Not an actual stabucks: it's own by Sheraton. Cant redeeme rewards either.

No internet at this location, and I had a bad service experience, I usually like how Starbucks baristas welcome you, at this location I said good morning two times to the barista and the best she could give me “what can I get for you” with a very angry face, she might had a bad day, but we all do that is not my problem. Two other baristas were using some app on their phones, laughing very loud and they didn’t care about the line! Service should be better!
