Tim Hortons

I just visited this Tim Hortons location for what is probably the eighth time. This is by far the best Tim Hortons in all of Hamilton. I get Tim’s every day and And have tried so many locations so I think I have enough merit to confirm that this is the best location in the city.nMy bagel is always perfectly fresh and fluffy, never stale like so many other locations. My latte is always so crispy and well-made. And above all, the staff is always so so friendly and seem genuinely excited and happy to be working.nnI really hope the managers of this location are proud of the work. They are doing every day, and that the general staff are glad to know what a great job they are doing.

Been going to this location regularly for years and the workers and service has always been fantastic But the worker who took my order today has garbage customer service skills. I get it it’s the morning you can be tired or a slow starter, but she looked spaced out and had gave off a terrible attitude.nnShe forgot to make my coffee and had me wait almost 5 minutes whileshe took another and went to make that drink immediately, albeit she was moving very slowly even doing that lol.nnShoutout to the girl with the half sleeve tattoo though she was awesome, she asked what I was waiting for and made my coffee FAST!!. Even called out the worker but we both knew she wasn’t sorry hahaha

Always been my favorite Timmies in the city to go grab a coffee... Can dine-in and get warmed up. The staff is friendly and welcoming. I don't usually dine-in at any other Tim Hortons in town.. usually order at drive thru then usually end up leaving right away with drinks and food.

I went thru the drive thru last night around 11 pm and was so shocked about how rude the blonde employee was. I wanted to add something to my order and she got all upset about it. She was so mad she that she had to add something to the order and made it very clear that she was. I wouldn’t return to this location ever again. A very upsetting experience.

The service is too much slow they need more stuff im waiting for mobile order and its been 15 minutes
