Great location with meter parking at the back. If you're not stay ling or don't want to pay for parking there are streets around that allows for 3 hours parking but parking in the back is really cheap. Friendly staff, good selections of food and beverages. Can become very packed and hard to find seating at times. A good area to take a walk in with lots of stores and restaurants.

Very nice location and friendly staff. I went around noon and the place was absolutely packed, with no seating at all. A lot of students were there studying (which was my intent), which contributed to the fullness.

Clean bathrooms. Wheel chair accessible. Friendly staff. A customer dropped his fresh coffee on the floor.. staff moved quickly to clean up and give him a new one. Impressed.

The most wonderful and friendly staff, all of them are very sweet and helpful, and make getting my morning drink an enjoyable part of my day :)

The staff here is fantastic. Great attitude, friendly and efficient. They make you feel like you’re valued as a customer and their drinks are always spot on!
