The bacon grilled cheeses have one pile of bacon in the middle and the cheese is never melted in the middle, quite disappointing. They also barely fill their jelly filled/Boston cream doughnuts. Definitely one of the worst Tim Hortons in Ottawa.

We Love Tim Horton's mmm mm mmmm good eats and drinks here. However the staff is not so great especially an older lady there that we always see working.. Like she knows when were going to Tim's or something .. Anyways we live across the way so its difficult when there's not a different staff  .. So we sometimes just go to McDonald's to avoid the negative I environment however the Turkey Bacon club is delicious when its not burnt bread. State the obvious that coffee is yummy good.

The sandwiches are empty, the salad plate is empty.  I found 4 pieces of lettuce and 2 thin slices of tomatoes in the the plate. Not worth the money paid.

Every guy that works the drive-thru at this Tim's is super nice,  It's 7am and the young guy that takes my order is always so patient with me, 4 years and counting, same guy.  Always says 'you're welcome' like he means it.  Other Tim Horton's locations I feel like it's "The Soup Nazi" from Seinfeld working the drive-thru....Not this location.

I agree to the person who says your location is garbage.  I can never get good service here.  I only go there because it is close to my job.  Their ice cap is disgusting.  It has mucous looking all over it.  I agree with someone from another location when i asked what makes their ice cap so good and slushy.  It' s because they clean their machine every day.  You should learn from them to keep your machine clean and serve people with better drinks.  Horrible and disgusting.  The only time i get good service is from a tall skinny guy.  Very nice.
