Loved being here -  not my first time at this location and won't be my last! The staff firstly are fast, friendly and efficient -  second the quality of the coffee and products is impeccable -  the atmosphere is very pleasant with a variety  of different seating options.  These Second Cup locations were much needed addition to the City - I like to go for many reasons, work meetings and social gatherings and such - I would say try it out if you've not before as it's very worth a little more money than the competition,  you will feel quite satisfied when you leave.

Gets the job done. Staff are a little blank but never rude or impatient. Coffee is above average.
The amount of people there are nice. Good place to study. Has a nice park right behind the building. For dogs or kiddies .
Cozy chairs and very clean bathroom.

Way better than most second cups. The staff was friendly. I wish all second cups were so well staffed.

I bought a tea and a sandwich here today and they asked if I wanted both of the tea bags in, and I said no I will keep the second bag for my next cup. When I came back to the bar later they told me it would be $1 for another cup of hot water for my Tea. The manager (or maybe the owner) verified this policy after I complained. How incredibly ridiculous is that? $1 for hot water for tea I already bought... How do they expect to compete with Starbucks, where if you don't even buy anything they will give you a cup of hot water? I'm so soured by the experience that I will never return to this Second Cup and I will spread the word every way I can.

I always come in on Saturdays to get my regular extra hot hot  chocolate and the young employee that I see there all the time knows how to make the perfect one!!
