Tim Hortons

They hired a young man with some kind of skin condition. Poor kid looks a little "scary". However he's simply amazing and considerate. Thumb up for the owner caring enough to give the young man the opportunity. Thumb up up up for the young man to be independent and confident. These are the ppl deserve support, not some "refugees" and "disabled" ppl.

Staff is nice, but have been ignored multiple times while waiting in line, and have waited as long as 15 minutes for a coffee and a wrap when there was about 5 customers in the entire store. I only go there on coffee runs beacuse the tims across the street at the gas station does not have the full menu (but far better service)

The place it self has a terrible layout. The entrance is right by the ordering counter so any line blocks the door. The seating is limited and is often blocked by the aforementioned line. The staff seems to be fully of trainees meaning service is slow and mistakes are common. Bakery is not well stock and in the evening there is a very limited selection of food.

Just visited this location this afternoon with some friends. We went through the drive through and ordered iced coffees as was a very hot day. Understandably, they had ran out of ice so we just settled with a cookie and had planned to visit the nearby Tim Horton's for our iced coffees. When we got to the window we noticed that there was a charging error so we corrected the man at the window. Although he was friendly enough, there were a group of girls visibly eyeing my friends and I and murmuring under their breath, presumably something about how they messed up our order. When I went to pay for the cookie, I used my card and the machine did not accept it the first time, and I even told the guy that it did not. He handed us our cookie and made it obvious that he did not notice that the card didn't go through. All of a sudden a very aggressive girl shouted at us that my card was "declined." Very disappointed with the way that I was treated, as I was a paying customer who was obviously not respected as one. To top it all off, as we were driving away, we noticed that iced coffees were made for the order right AFTER us. Definitely will be going to the Tim's across the street from now on.
