I have the most complicated iced coffee order and the girls at the window every morning are the best. It’s so hard to get good, solid customer service in many places so I super appreciate their efforts. One of the best in the city for sure at least for morning crew!

I’ve been to the Tim Hortons at 2951 Bank Street twice, and both times, it was absolutely filthy. I politely mentioned this to the staff, but instead of addressing the issue, they sarcastically laughed. One of the female staff members even responded dismissively, saying, “What do you know about cleanliness?” If the customer area is this dirty, I can only imagine what the kitchen looks like.

I want to express my sincere gratitude to the team at this Tim Hortons location in Ottawa, especially to one of the staff members working the night shift. He assisted me with my drive-thru order and was incredibly welcoming and cheerful, greeting customers with a positive attitude even while expertly managing both drive-thru and dine-in orders at the same time.nnWhen I asked him if he could reheat my coffee—since I like it extremely hot—he was friendly, polite, and more than happy to help. It’s rare to encounter someone who can maintain such warmth and professionalism under pressure. Thank you, man, for making my visit such a positive and memorable experience!

Is it just me at this location or are there others but most times when ordering a cappuccino from the drive thru they ask me to move up and park! I’m sorry am I at McDonald’s here or what!!?? How does this make any sense…. Someone pls explain…nNot to mention today they felt it was the best time at 2 pm to have an employee take a bucket and rag and go wash the outside windows of the drive while it was busy! I excused myself and expressed the rush that I was in and apologized but needed my order because I was parked away from the window so I wouldn’t hit the woman the one serving me wouldn’t make any effort for me to pay or even hand me my order when I said sorry for being so far from the window the employee say “ I have short arms “ so disappointed in this location horrible service and terrible etiquette. Overall my opinion would be drive up the road a bit and definitely go to the other Tim Hortons in the metro plaza.
