Tim Hortons

Avoid this place in the morning/lunch if you dont have a car. They ignore the line up inside and focus completely on drive thru. Staff are pretty friendly

Went here once. The service was fine but when I got to this location (wich was the first time) there was a group of kids without there parents and one of the kids was pinned against a wall and the other two boys were what it looked like chocking the kid and pushing him. Nobody that was working intervene. There was a woman (customer) that had to tell the worker and then they intervene... also there's a huge ditch right in front of it.. wich is a complete flop for the looks of the store.

Probably one of the better Tim's in Ottawa. Very clean, seldom run out of food options.

Monday morning/afternoon supervisor (older lady) is a joke. She decides to be rude because of her incompetence. I ordered a hot chocolate with espresso, a sour cream glazed doughnut, a everything bagel with butter and herb and garlic cream cheese, and a 4 cheese bagel with plain cream cheese, lettuce, and sliced turkey. She then proceeded to tell me that she is going to charge me for a turkey sandwich because its a bagel with lettuce. I realized a long time ago this is a very money hungry tim hortons so i just let it go and suffer the extra charges. She then proceeds to ask me what sauce i would like on the bagel and if i would like tomato or bacon as well. I told her once again " i want a 4 cheese bagel with only lettuce and sliced turkey, nothing else" she then with attitude asks me again which sauce i would like. I know its a very hard job being a minimum wage employee making hot beverages and simple sandwiches but its not that hard to listen to a order twice and not get it wrong. After pulling up to the window, instead of a hot choclate with espresso she decided to get me a french vanilla instead, a bagel with no cream cheese, and no donut. After i asked for the correct drink the supervisor with the attitude ( monday afternooon older lady supervisor) goes around to her employees trying to get them to convince me that it was hot chocolate and not french vanilla. After fixing the beverage to the proper order, i still sat there at the window waiting for my bagel to have cream cheese added, she then rudely hands it over and i paused for a minute thinking she was just being slow with getting my doughnut but she then says " now whats wrong". As i let her know i still havent received my doughnut she lets out a loud sigh and retreieves it to come back to say is that all or is something else wrong too. If she doesnt like her job or cannot handle the job maybe she should try something more simple. Its really not that hard of a job and for her to make such a big deal out of it shows alot about her. I reccomend firing her or making her the baker just get her away from the customers at all costs!!!

There's 2 lanes for ordering but they tend to only use the near lane for the drive through. The interior floors don't always look clean and this extents to their washrooms. The service seems okay and the food and drink are always hot.
