Most of the time, staff is friendly and food is decent. But multiple different times I’ve ordered EXTRA cream cheese on my croissant and its given to me like this…Eggs are almost always overcooked or have egg shells in it, and everything ordered and paid extra for ex. sauce/cheese is never given properly.
Always to this location to buy breakfast and lunch. But each time I'm here the line up is long and slow. Their foods are okay just like other Tim Horton's, nothing special. Their new pizza on the menu looks and taste terrible. Don't order it. Table and seats are dirty. I have to get someone to clean the table. I saw an ant crawling on the sofa seat.nnToday I tried to use their kiosk machine to place order due to long line up. I have order a Homestyle Biscuit meal which it should have included of donuts or hashbrown. When finished placing my order, the machine will not show you the whole order while its only showing you what you have ordered such as Homestyle Biscuit meal and a total amount, and the machine will not print the receipt. So, when I pick up my order, I noticed that the donut wasn't there and I went to ask the staff about the missing donut. She said I didn't choose it. I told her that I did chose it and it did show a check mark before I press continue. But the worker there insisted that I didn't pick one. I yold her that I ordered a meal, she said sorry the receipt did jot show, so she cannot give it to me. I'm disappointed to this location and I don't recommend to come to this location. If you do want to come to this store, don't use their kiosk machine, its a money sucker machine. Remember to check the screen properly before making payment. If it doesn't show you the whole order, you better don't make the payment. You will be wasting time arguing for just the missing donut or hashbrown like me.
This location has AWFUL service. They ignore mobile orders until after you've been waiting for 10+ minutes, and then START your order, even if it's just one drink and it's not busy. Usually you have to specifically mention it to them because they aren't paying attention. This happened 2 days in a row, it's incredibly frustrating that this is the only location in the area as I refuse to go back now. I've had problems with this location almost every single time I've gone. I'd rather pay triple the price and go to Starbucks because at least their customer service is good and they are fast and efficient.
Actually so disgusted that I was served moldy food.nGot my order wrong so I asked for it to be remade, which they kindly did but when I later opened up my breakfast sandwich, it was all moldy. Both the top bun and bottom bun had mold patches.nnThe patches weren’t particularly small either so I’m not sure how nobody noticed. Had to just throw it out entirely. Wasted my money and was left with disappointment.
I am frequent customer here, I stop in almost every single day as part of my nature walks. I always get a double double and sometimes food. The food is not bad, but I don't go in for the food. I go in for the tasty double double, great service and nice people. I usually get a wonderful lady named payal helping me she is friendly and always takes her time with my order. The other person is a gentleman who wears black framed glasses I am not sure of his name but he is excellent and very kind. I always see him working away and is on top of things. There are other staff members as well who are very nice and welcoming. Whoever is reading this please give your staff extra compensation they are hardworking and some of the nicest timmys staff Ive ever met.
