Ordered a protein bowl, a protein latte & a chai tea latte via app. The bowl was half filled with 2 pieces of chicken on top, cheese was missing, protein latte was literally sweet milk. When I asked the staff what was going on they said this is the ‘standard’. I told them I eat this regularly & I know it’s not supposed to look like this. The girl named ‘Sukh’ the short one was very rude & said she can’t fix it. When I asked her for the managers contact info she said come tomorrow & talk to her or I could put a review online. She walked away & started working on other orders. No one fixed the bowl.nnAnother employee made me a new protein latte for me, again i wasn’t able to taste coffee in it. I think they are skimping on coffee beans & only using half the quantity they are supposed to use. I drink coffee from Tim Hortons every day, this sucked.nnIt was my first visit to this location, no wonder why they have 3 stars.
Very poor service. I wanted a box of doughnuts and I asked for 3 Boston cream. Then I waited while she rang me in and then she filled the box without letting me finish ordering. I didn’t want half the stuff in the box she then gave me a very rude look when I asked her to take out the ones I did not order. This is not the first time they were so rude to us in the store.
Most of the time, staff is friendly and food is decent. But multiple different times I’ve ordered EXTRA cream cheese on my croissant and its given to me like this…Eggs are almost always overcooked or have egg shells in it, and everything ordered and paid extra for ex. sauce/cheese is never given properly.nUpdate: Newest addition to their menu “Supreme Stack” was met with utter disappointment, when THIS is what we are being served, compared to what is being advertised
Tim hortons has always been my go-to place whenever I’m hungry and tired after work and need something to recharge. Most locations are welcoming, and the staff usually do a great job making customers feel satisfied and appreciated. Unfortunately, this location has been the complete opposite of my experience at other stores.nnI came in at 9 PM to order food, even though the store closes at 10 PM, but they refused to take my order because the kitchen staff had already started cleaning. This has now happened to me three separate times. It’s really disappointing to be turned away an hour before closing, especially as a regular customer who enjoys coming to Tim Hortons after work.nnFood is not great and bad service
Extremely disappointing experience at Tim Hortons on the afternoon of Monday, May 18, 2026. I stood waiting at the counter for almost 5 minutes while two male staff members completely ignored me. To make matters worse, one of them started serving a female customer who came after me at the adjoining counter instead of acknowledging that I had already been waiting. When I finally got attention, I found out that nearly half the menu items were not even available or prepared, forcing me to cancel my entire order. The staff were arrogant, indifferent, and not even remotely apologetic about the terrible service. Customer service at this location has clearly gone downhill. Basic courtesy, attentiveness, and professionalism were completely missing. Definitely one of the worst Tim Hortons experiences I’ve had.
