MALEK!! I hope I spelt that right sorry in advance MALEK served us today and gave me and my sister exceptional service. Extremely friendly and went the extra mile to make our drink and it was delicious btw!! As a previous Starbucks “partner” I know customers can’t always be pleased, and it can be hard at times to keep up an extra friendly environment. MALEK to us showed wonderful customer service and kindness. Hiring this partner was an absolutely GREAT choice Starbucks! Thank you again MALEK for being so kind!
The other day I stop by Southpoint Starbucks the Starbucks is usually very busy but still has a great atmosphere. I went through the drive-through. It was overall a great experience. The girl that helped me in the drive-through name was leah she was super sweet and made the experience 10 times better overall very happy will go back.
Rubina treated me at the window for my drive thru order and was so pleasant and such a star. Thanks so much for making my morning a little better and serving me up my coffee with such nice manners.
Can't make a iced shaken espresso to save their lives just tastes like milk.. even when you order more espresso shots and turn the drink into a 12 dollar coffee still gross. Get one in vancouver it's way better don't waist your time at this place
Made an order a couple minutes ago online and went to pick it up from the drive thru. On the window the person asked for the name and went I said it she asked me to spell, when I told her she rolled her eyes at me and left. Came back and just did the annoyed smile at me and handed it over. I now got my coffee and am driving away I go to pick it up to drink it and the cup is half full I ordered an on menu drink not espresso’s as well as cold was supposed to be warm coffee. First and last time coming to this location, horrible experience
