I ordered 6 drinks. One of the order was Matcha Latte and if you see the picture it looks so less. I paid $39.25 and when I called look like the person was not interested and look like he doesn’t care at all. No customer service. They should be talked to customer in a sympathy manner so that the customer feels better . When we received the drinks it should be according to standard, it was not fair to just accept the drinks that were almost half and I paid full. I don’t complaint for the 6 drinks only one drink and I think I have right to complain as a customer.
Came here to claim my free Starbucks on my birthday. I had the app I use it to store my giftcards but have yet to use it. I was rejected and unable to get my free coffee because I didn’t have a star/points yet?nOk rules are rules I suppose. My issue was her demeanour and lack of empathy. Not even a sorry. She just didn’t care that I wasted my time with the intentions of claiming a free coffee.nIt was that attitude and uncaringness that made me leave without buying anything. Not even a “Happy Birthday, but sorry we can’t honor blah blah”. Customer service sucked, there wasn’t even anyone behind me.nBrewing at home.
If you’re planning a visit, it’s best to allow extra time or consider visiting during off-peak hours. While the staff generally do their best to keep things moving, the high volume of customers combined with traffic around the area can make the experience less convenient than at other locations. For a quicker alternative, ordering ahead via the mobile app might help, though the busy access road remains an issue regardless.
This is a really busy location, they do have a lot of baristas and they try to get everyone’s drink out pretty quick. I recommend using the app to order and going in quick to grab your drinks and go.
Respectfully the asian barista that wears glasses and a Covid mask, can’t make drinks for the life of her. She messed up my drink 3 times in a row. Each time it got worse
