This is the ABSOLUTE WORST store to order from via door dash. EVERY SINGLE ORDER is messed up. Every time we order I have to complain because of big things, not just missing a hash brown or the incredibly tiny amount of bacon on a sandwich. I’m talking disgusting things. Hard as rock food. Cheese on sandwiches we clearly ask for none on due to allergy. Wraps dripping in dairy sauce when we clearly ask for NONE. This has been 3 times in a row now and it’s a shame because my kids love Tim’s and we order usually once a week. Ordering from door dash is a risk because they only refund you the “ingredients” so even if you can’t eat the item you don’t get a refund and they won’t send another one at no cost.
I would not eat their bakery products as I've seen mice there before. Food and drinks are alright just like any other Tim Hortons but I like their servers here. Everyone is super friendly, especially the skinny guy, the most calm and friendly barista. Will be coming back for sure.
Just got a large double double coffee. Tasted like it has been sitting there for hours. How can you claim that its 20 minutes fresh. False advertisement! Never will go back to this location again and if I were you reading this I would do the same.
This location is has the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. When I asked how much I owed at the window, The lady at the drive through window literally said “you should of had the payment ready, you’re holding up the line”nExcuse me!? This is where I’m suppose to pay! They are more worried about their drive through times then customer service, customer experience, or providing a sleeve for a steamed tea for SAFETY!?nnThis Tim hortons is just the worst
Not only do they always get the order incorrect....would you like a side of rat with your meal. Seen in the garbage behind the counter and let the staff member know and got brushed off as it was normal. disgusting. And as a side note videos and photos posted from others on social media as well.
