I had a great experience at Tim Hortons thanks to Jaspreet. She was very friendly, polite, and welcoming. She served my order quickly with a smile and made sure everything was perfect. Excellent customer service like this makes a big difference. Thank you, Jaspreet, for your hard work and positive attitude. I’ll definitely be coming back!
This is the third time I've come here, and before I can swipe my rewards card, the cashier swipes his own, and I can't add mine. I know it's just pennies, but is this for customers or employees? Also, if he does this to everyone without giving me the chance to use my own card, I think it's dishonest.
One of the slowest locations. Mobile order for plain black coffee and waited almost 13 mins. Not acceptable. Not going to return to this location. Would have been faster to drive to the location at kg and 24th, where service is way quicker
I would like to share positive feedback about Sapan at Tim Hortons. She provided excellent customer service during our visit. She was very polite, friendly, and took our order carefully. Her attitude made us feel welcome, and the service was quick and efficient. It was a really pleasant experience, and we truly appreciate her professionalism. Thank you, Sapan, for the great service!
I regularly order the Habanero Veggie Bowl from Tim Hortons and usually enjoy it, but this time I was very disappointed. The portion size was much smaller than what I normally receive, and it didn’t feel filling at all. The quantity was noticeably less compared to other Tim Hortons locations I’ve ordered from. The flavor was also quite bland, despite being labeled “habanero,” there was hardly any spice or taste. I expected better consistency in both portion size and quality.
