Ordered the chicken parmesan flatbread pizza and it was contaminated with bacon pieces strict religious belief. In letting the staff know, none even apologized or uttered a word and just took the box back. I waited to get a replacement but none acknowleged my presence. When i called out to the employee KIM working in the kitchen, who knows i am standing right there for my order, she then asked me what did i need, a refund or replacement? Like seriously, they just had a blank face with no courtesy to even let me know whats happening. Very bad customer service and they use the same gloves to contaminate among all the meats and veggies.nSomeone needs to strictly check onto their hygiene policies here and make sure they are following what they are trained for!nI had to say sorry and leave but they dont understand how customer service works!!
I came in at 7 minutes before closing and an employee that was a male asian with dyed blond hair said there is nothing left. I said I just want a coffee. He said there is none. I said I'm going to call the store tomorrow and speak to the the manager because you are not supposed to close early for no apparent reason. He said I don't care...go right ahead. I said that was rude. He said I don't care. I said I'm definitely going to call the manager tomorrow and I left. As I was walking outside the store he gave me the middle finger. I have tried phoning the store but they won't pick up the phone. I guess my only option is to contact the franchiser. I wont be doing any business at this store untill this employee is fired. Aug 3 at 8:53 PM. Can be pulled up on surveillance video of the employee giving the middle finger to myself a customer.
Extremely slow service and terrible employees. They don’t check mobile orders until you ask. Constantly make the food incorrectly. Very hard to interact with them when ordering or getting an order fixed. avoid you when you are waiting for them to fix something. Not recommended
I recently purchased the new Caramilk Ice Cap on this location usually I picked something before to start my work on this same location but on 11-05-2024 at 8:50 am. I was excited to enjoy the same delicious experience I had in Vancouver, particularly looking forward to the milk chocolate chunks. However, to my disappointment, my drink lacked these essential elements. It felt like a waste of both my money and time. I hope you can ensure consistency in your offerings to avoid such experiences in the future.
Do not support this Tim Hortons franchise operated by Nomis Food Services! They fraudulently brought in 8 foreign workers this year and charged them upwards of 25,000$ to work minimum wage roles that basically anyone in arms reach could do, but instead they decided to defraud the process instead of hire locals. Take your money elsewhere and don’t support people who profit from exploitative labour.
