I regularly order the Habanero Veggie Bowl from Tim Hortons and usually enjoy it, but this time I was very disappointed. The portion size was much smaller than what I normally receive, and it didn’t feel filling at all. The quantity was noticeably less compared to other Tim Hortons locations I’ve ordered from. The flavor was also quite bland, despite being labeled “habanero,” there was hardly any spice or taste. I expected better consistency in both portion size and quality.
I went for a coffee today but after Waiting around 10.min. didn't get any attention from staff. I was first person in the line. There is around 4 girls and they are preparing previous orders but not giving attention to customers. Usually when we go to a tim hortons location they just get and done orders in 5 minutes no matter how busy it is. And it's not that busy when I visited.
I would like to share positive feedback about Sapan at Tim Hortons. She provided excellent customer service during our visit. She was very polite, friendly, and took our order carefully. Her attitude made us feel welcome, and the service was quick and efficient. It was a really pleasant experience, and we truly appreciate her professionalism. Thank you, Sapan, for the great service!
I would have honestly shouted at the person the way that lady spoke to me. It was an Asian women working at Tim. They served us cold Coffee where I ordered hot double double. I asked politely to the lady who gave me rest of my order that the coffee is cold. I think I didn’t even completed my sentence and she replied I don’t do drinks they do. I replied could you please call them and she reacted like whatever. She snapped her hand very disrespectfully. She should be fired asap. If I see her again I would give a reply for sure. She thinks she’s some sort of big person just because she got job there. She needs to understand she won’t be paid if we don’t buy anything. Indirectly we customers are paying her salary. Please guys give your employees some training. Or it won’t take more than 2 years for all Tim hortons to close the way they are going
Surprisingly the best Tim Horton’s that I’ve visited in the lower mainland to date. Service was a little slow for the amount of folk out front but it was tidy and the customer service was friendlier than other locations.
