I had a cappuccino with oat milk, and it was really good. The staff were friendly and provided great service. I’d definitely recommend this place!
This has become one of my favorite coffee shops. Every staff member is friendly, patient, and welcoming.nnThey always greet me with a smile and make me feel valued as a customer.nnTheir kindness and positive attitude consistently brighten my day.nnIt’s always a pleasure to visit.
The service at this Starbucks is the best. The team are friendly, everyone greets the customer, they smile, even during times of peak traffic when they are getting slammed with order’s. They are always in control and provide great customer service. Thank you.
My brief interaction with Kylie was so memorable that I’m still thinking about it a week later! I approached her as she was wiping a table to ask the bathroom code and I don’t think I’ve ever interacted with an employee who was that happy to help me before, at any store. The second she turned to me she had a big smile, and she hustled to the back to check the code for me. She seemed so genuinely happy to help me that I was kind of taken aback. It was such a quick, simple interaction but there was something about her that stuck with me, and now I have a super positive impression and want to come back to this location!
Whoever the shift leader was this morning made my experience terrible and she didn't even serve me. She was a bigger Asian lady and first I noticed her being impatient and intolerant to a guest who didnt have enough bulk coffee and needed more.nThen she scuffed off to make more - she literally seemed to hate her job.nShe also gave feedback to a cashier in front of a line of guests. She needs more training, Ive never seen this from any Starbucks employee before. She isnt welcoming or friendly. It feels like everyone is ruining her day.
