They celebrate every moment with full of enthusiasm, joy and excitement. Their decoration ideas are always unique and heart touching. The ambience and warmth in their store is amazing. They greet every customer with smile and excitement and i get a lot of positive vibes here. Moreover, the staff is so well-trained in tackling with difficult and aggressive customer, they treat them equally with calmness. Must visit this store and enjoy their loving company.
I visited this store today, and observed how polite there staff is. They treat customers with kindness, respect and smile. Store was quite busy, but they were clearing the lineup calmly and quickly. People spread hate because they were in hurry sometimes but there atmosphere is really welcoming and friendly.
The manager of the store is very kind lady. she is so welcoming and cheerful. Whole staff is trained really well. The ambience and warmth of their store is attractive. I use to go place my order and enjoy their good company. usually the store is decorated and they celebrate each day with fresh vibes.
I will be calling to talk to a manager in the morning as soon as I wake up. My family and I were just passing through and stopped here for a nice warm drink and to wait for the heavy rain to pass. There is currently an atmospheric river, moving through, and driving is stretch.the lady who was working here at this location at 8:00 PM tonight which is October 19, Saturday , we grabbed some hot drinks and some sweet treats for the kiddos and went to sit in the car. It ended up that she overfilled my partners cup with hot tea, and it caused the tea to open and spill and pour all over his hand, burning him. I ran in as fast as I could to grab him a cup of ice, and she told me I need to pay her $.10. I didn’t even have my wallet with me because we had this emergency happen all of a sudden. I will be calling Tim Hortons head office customer service tomorrow, and calling this location to speak directly with the manager. Please do better, Tim Hortons. Please don’t worry about a measly $.10 per cup when someone is suffering from a burn on their hand. I’m extremely disappointed!
Today this indian lady at the Tim Hortons was so Rude with my 10yr old child very disappointing and whent I told her that you should be having smile on your face with kids .... instead of apologizing she just left . She is totally unfit for this job Customer Service is zero very bad today was my first time at this tim Hortons very disappointing experience She should learn Customer service with smile
