Check your food before leaving drive thru! I ordered a chicken ranch wrap, and there was less than a table spoon of chicken for $8. After calling and speaking with hardeep, she was great about the situation and gave me a new proper wrap. It’s just disappointing to have to be so wary of ordering from the drive thru.
If I need to get Timbits to take to a friend's place it's fine. But I have to say that the staff are completely and utterly disinterested. And they have done nothing to lean into a bakery vibe. Tim Horton's just doesn't seem to care.
I’ve found the quality of Tim Hortons food has gone down, as well as the service. The staff play games in the drive though, not alternating cars and making cars wait at the menu board for no reason, often causing blockages into the parking lot. The drive thru is faster, but it all depends on the day, time and staff. Going inside is a nightmare as it takes forever unless you order a basic coffee.nnI’ve had simple orders that have been very messed up - getting coffee in my tea, wrong food items.
Ordered birthday cake, honey dip and chocolate Timbits. Loved the chocolate flavour Timbits the most. French vanilla was delicious. Double double is a standard order now. Love the coffee and food. Wish it was there in Seattle
I was disappointed that they would not even wait for me to open my app to give me my roll up opportunity. When I mentioned it to the clerk she just smiled at me and said sorry it's too late. Very unprofessional and definitely not conducive of the Tim Hortons brand or expectations of the company. Do Not patronize this location it is not worth your time or your money.
