I usually come here to grab coffee and food. Their customer service is always poor but this time the lady gurpreet was too bad in customer service there were greetings to guest and rude. I asked for chocolate drizzle later and paid for it but she added too less and gave me eye look like hey lady i am not taking that in free i paid for it. I understand how such people get hired when they don’t know how to treat their guest. I hope Tim hortons management sees this and takes action.
the worst Tim Hortons i have ever ordered from in Canada. The latte was made poorly my milk preference were not respected and coffee tasted horrible. The staff and management needs to get better else stop serving
I once came here and the lady behind the counter gave me a Maple dip donut when I asked for an apple fritter. When I said this to the other lady whose name was Gurpreet,she gave me the donut I wanted but also gave me the other donut for free. Overall Customer service is pretty nice. Wait time is very long though. I was the 3rd person in line but it took almost 20 minutes for me to get my order
Floors were dirty... had to explain 3x my order to the girl I think her lack of the English language was a big problem. The owners need to train their staff better. Spend some time and pay them well and they will give better customer service.
Rude service was terrible drive thru repeat everything 6 times because. I'm sure they changed the person taking the order. Person was taking to orders at once. I was clear calm and loud. keep driving worst Tims I've been too.
