I like this little, but busy, Starbucks! The staff are very courteous and that always makes a difference in my experience :! They do a lot of pick up orders so make sure you don’t accidentally grab the wrong thing. I enjoy their hot breakfast sandwiches and lunch ones. The double smoked bacon egg sandwich and the chicken bacon sandwich. Service was really fast and the store is clean. They do have tables and bar seating to sit at, as well as some outside.
They recently renovated this location and somehow made it feel smaller and less pleasant. All interior seating is gone. Why? It's just a waiting room to pick up your overpriced, but consistently decent coffee. Take it and go! Thankfully there are some new mom and pop cafes opening up in the area with atmosphere and customer at the forefront.
They seem to get orders wrong at this location a little too often. Wife went in, placed an order for a hot drink…only person inside and not busy. They gave her a totally wrong drink, came back right away to tell them it was wrong. Barista giving attitude telling my wife that her drink request may not taste good…not sure how she can decide that. After all that…still messed up the second drink. Too bad can’t undo tip..went back today..totally redeemed themselves today..arrived at 8:50…ordered drink and they made it perfectly…this after we went to a Starbucks at 8:30 on 72 and 200 and they rudely told us they closed..what a difference in service!
I want to give a big shout-out to JASSU at this Starbucks location for the fantastic service I received last week. During my visit to the drive-thru, she recognized my voice and inputted my usual order without me having to say anything. This personal touch truly made my day. Thank you, for going above and beyond to provide such memorable and attentive service!
The person who took my order could not have been more grim ,and looking like she looked down on each person she served. But the other person who called out my order was pleasant..
