Tiki Lodge

It was great finding a motel that would take cash. The rate and deposit was very reasonable. The downtown location was convenient. The room could have used a bit more vacuuming but was otherwise very clean, comfortable and quiet. Staff was pleasant, available and helpful. I would gladly stay there again.

Not my first choice but it works. Rooms our outdated and not the cleanest compared to other hotels management is decent housekeeping need major improvement. Overall it is a decent hotel

Room not cleaned. Cigarette burns on bed sheets and also found pubic hair. Bathroom shower had hair, shower curtain stank from being covered in bacteria. Toilet had urine on seat. Was falsely accused at 10pm of noise disturbance in fact was mentally ill lady sitting in her car screaming and punching her horn. Also Witnessed drug deal. Ya won't be staying there again.

I give it 3 Stars for effort. Under new ownership, who seem eager to rejuvenate the place. Still a bit run down but improving. Its one unalterable, fatal flaw: the busy elevated train tracks run directly behind the main section of the building with freight trains screeching to a halt all night long as they approach downtown Spokane a mile away.

Cheap hotel if you don't mind some sketchy looking peoplein and out throughout the day
