It was alright the room was pretty nice but not all the rooms are like that. And the staff and others that work there are very rude and not willing to help accommodate your needs. I would stay there again only if all the other hotels in Spokane had no Vacancy

Room was dirty. Sheets didn't even match. When I took my garbage out there was trash all over the ground. No ice machine. Sida machine was broken. All around mess.

Horrible place to stay really. The owner has no idea how to run her business. When you first check in you pay a $20 key deposit. Then when you give your key back and leave then try and get your deposit back for the key they say it is not refundable. Then there is someone banging on your door 4 hours before check out telling you it's time to go.
