Story

The Hotel Ruby is a newly remodeled hotel in the heart of Downtown Spokane's Entertainment District. With a modern-artistic theme, the Ruby exhibits local art and each room is uniquely designed to bring comfort and culture together. The goal of the Ruby is to provide comfort, style, and value in Downtown Spokane, while allowing its guests to immerse themselves in culture and community.

We are also a TicketsWest Box Office for the Bing Crosby Theater. Ticket Office hours are Monday-Friday 10:30AM-2:30PM. All tickets must be purchased in person at the front desk of the hotel.

Sapphire Lounge... The Sapphire Lounge showcases northwest breweries, boutique wineries and local artists. Sapphire uses local organic ingredients in its culinary offerings and innovative libations. We entice the senses, sight, smell, taste. Quick bite, leisurely evening or late night outing, Sapphire Lounge is YOUR gathering place.

Location and staff was awesome. Room was okay. You could tell there.had been water damage in the room for sure! It did the trick, just and overnight for a Stick Figure show. (If you haven't heard them check it out) bed was comfortable, breakfast, parking. We would stay again.

I started writing this review at 3:00 am, while staying at the hotel. I was in a room with a hollow-core door connecting to the room next door. This is what I wrote: "There might as well not be walls between the rooms -- you can imagine what I am hearing, for hours. I'm happy for them, but really uncomfortable. If you had quiet neighbors this place might be ok. Bring good headphones and a long playlist if you want to stay here." The next morning I asked the front desk if I could have a different room. They said those guests were checking out and made sure to not put anyone in the room next to me for the rest of my stay. They also gave me a 10% off coupon for my next stay. Really great service. Nonetheless, ask for a room without a door to the adjoining room!

This is a really cool hotel. The staff were all very nice, the pillows sucked but the bed was comfortable. You get a free drink at their attached restaurant, and 2 free breakfast sandwiches at the place next door too. The shower is really nice, and it's centrally located in downtown, so easy walk to bars and restaurants.

What an amazing hotel! Me and my brother stayed 1 night on New Years Eve. The room was very clean and had a great view. The shower was very cool. The Bar downstairs was great too. The Ruby is the perfect combination of art and a night at the roxbury. We will stay again!!!!

Fun hotel. Great location. Loved the bathroom! All for a perfect price. Wish parking was situated a little differently, but it's city parking and it is free with your stay.
