I would absolutely stay here again without skipping  beat!
The staff at the front desk was always helpful. 
The Night staff was super sweet & helpful!
The housecleaning staff were always sweet and kind with our outrageous accommodation requests!
FABULOUS breakfast varity; so long as you show up 30 minutes prior to the closing hour for the breakfast bar, then the pickings stop coming out as they start cleaning up & breaking down their "kitchen".
ROOM WAS SUPER CLEAN! Even under the bed & couch. As we fine tooth comb any room we stay in because some places don't clean thoroughly and we have a 15 month old.
If I could give this hotel 10 stars I would.

Friendly courteous staff, very clean rooms.  Convenient location in walking distance to theatres, co-op grocery store, bars and really great coffee and restaurants. Rooms are comfortable, some with balconies. They are clean and well decorated, and breakfast had great variety and was filling. I would stay here again. As long as you don't need a large pool or large fitness center, this is a great place to stay the night while you explore the area during the day.

This hotel is absolutely amazing! Spacious room with super comfy bed and perfect pillows. Love how close it is to restaurants, yoga studio, shopping, and the river walk. Coffee in the room is a nice touch too:)
Will definitely stay here again!

Wonderful service all around. Breakfast offered multiple delicious choices, the room was clean and smelled fresh, the bathroom came stocked with the appropriate amenities toiletries needed. We are always happy with our stays at Best Western hotels.

We stay in over thirty hotels a year and this is one of the best. What makes this hotel so special is the staff. They make you feel like a celebrity. Wow. This is a rare event. Haven’t been there in six months and they personally called me before my stay to see if they could offer any extra help. They remembered both me and my employees. We will stay here next time we are in Spokane
