When I booked the hotel room they told me there was free breakfast. But when I checked in they said they charged for it. After complaining about it they gave me free breakfast slips for the night I was staying there. The room was comfortable and our room looked over the river. The walls seemed to be thick enough that you could not hear your neighbor. My only other gripe is that the only hand soap they had was lavender tea soap and I am allergic to lavender. Had to use the body wash which was scented.

Stayed here for an entire month in October. Great rooms. Reasonable rates. Loved that it was so close to the University and the trails. I wish they had an indoor pool for the cold season but it was still a great place to stay. Room service was great and they did an amazing job keeping my room clean and tidy. All staff is really friendly.

The rooms are excellent and clean. There was complimentary internet (albeit basic 2mbps) and breakfast and dinner was available. The view of the river was extremely nice and overall high quality! Very convenient to the main roads in Spokane and it's quick to get almost anywhere. Quality of room varies depending on the wing, as there were some that had very good AC/heat with a panel on the wall to control, and others didn't work very well and the controls were on the machine itself. Very cozy.

Good location. Booked on Hotwire so I got a great deal. The staff was friendly. The hotel itself is a bit dated, but still comfortable overall. No elevator in the main building so if you have a heavy bag that could be difficult. My bed was comfortable and the room was clean, however I could not get cold water out of the faucet. It started out cold but then became scalding hot. Other than that my stay was comfortable.

Went to their restaurant and was pleasantly surprised! This place is really nice, beautiful views and not real noisy. I had the Fish & Chips, it was good and the coleslaw, which is something I normally don't like, was very Good! My wife had their Chicken Apple Salad and loved It! I'm looking forward to going back there again soon!!!
