Courtyard by Marriott Spokane Downtown at the Convention Center

Flame on for this review. We did not have a good experience here. First, there are two bottles of water in the room, and one might think these are free. You would be Wrong. The fine print on the neck tab says (in very small font) that you owe $3.50 for that water. Second, there is no free breakfast, continental our otherwise; there is an option for something costing $15, which is really of since there is a Perkin's on the corner across the street. Last, each load of laundry will cost you $2.50, which is twice the price we've seen in other Marriott's. And if this weren't bad enough, the front desk didn't have enough change for me to do two loads! But Perkin's did, which goes to show that they care way more about people's needs than the Courtyard. Nice room, great location. If you're Daddy Warbucks stay here. The rest of us will go about the street to the Fairfield.

FANTASTIC staff. Extremely clean rooms. Excellent facilities. I didn't eat at the restaurant or drink at the bar. This hotel is located right next to the centennial trail and the Spokane River. It is what you would expect from a courtyard and I would recommend this hotel to anyone.

This Courtyard is centrally located across the street from the convention center, and offers free parking to hotel guests. The rooms were clean and the staff was very friendly and professional. This hotel overlooks the river, with easy access to a great jogging/walking path. There is a small restaurant in the hotel that serves decent, but expensive food. I would stay here again.

Don’t let the lobby fool you. Very outdated rooms elevators and hallways. Rooms are very small and musty. We had to ask for a second room , which they quickly accommodated, but the second wasn’t much better. Also biggest complaint is the “restaurant “ they advertised. Also I inquired about on the phone ahead of time , it is a glorified airport cafe. VERY Limited menu. Eating out in nearby downtown Spokane is difficult due to parking.

Had a great trip thanks to Marriott, i always stay here when i come to spokane from Washington. See you guys soon.
