We are long time guests of this property and honestly we can't say enough about how much we love it! We have taken dozens of trips to stay and each time has us coming back for more. The staff is efficient and courteous, the management is top shelf and above all for us... They are not only pet friendly, they love our dogs! Please do your self a favor and look no further than the Holiday Inn Express "On the Rock," you will love it!

One of the better Holiday Inn Express hotels I've stayed at. Their best quality is the lady who runs the breakfast, whom I always look forward to seeing on my annual visits to Spokane. She has always been friendly, helpful, and professional. Some of their younger front desk staff should learn from her example...

Very great customer service. Front desk employee was friendly. Quick and painless check in. Last min trip and one stop room find. That made it the best.

Everyone! Every single person there was amazing. They went well beyond their roles in every aspect. We felt part of a family. Extremely helpful, will go out of there way! The breakfast was great, homemade cookies in the evening, and a great happy hour.

Great nights sleep.. bed very comfortable and in a convenient location for my family stay. Love it that it is pet friendly. Staff is nice and helpful. Thank you.
