Quality Inn Downtown 4th Avenue

I was pleasantly surprised with this hotel. We stayed for one night on 3/20/2018. The room was very nicely furnished and very clean. Service was very good at the desk. The breakfast was superb! Full breakfast including sausage and scrambled eggs and hotcakes. A shout out to Angela in the breakfast room. She was so helpful and friendly and professional. We have stayed in many choice hotels in the past on long trips and this one was great. We will stay there when we come to Spokane. One thing though, the restaurant didnt have proper drinks for the tokens and not any variety. This could be improved.

Nice room! We rented a king room for two nights. It was very open and roomy. The bed was so comfortable(on the softer side), pillows...so so. Needs brighter lighting and a vent in the restroom. Super friendly and courteous staff. Bar is closed on Sundays and Mondays, just an fyi. Easy on/off ramp to the interstate. Close to hospital with medical rates available. Close to downtown Spokane!! Great restaurants galore!

The room was nice/clean as well as the lobby. However, they made me run my card 3 times, and I was charged 3 times. They said they “lifted” the 2 extra charges but only one was put back onto my card. They’re saying it isn’t their fault and my bank needs to deal with it. Not sure why they think it’s my bank’s problem when they’re the ones who made me run my card 3 times. I will NEVER stay here again. Worst hotel experience I’ve had, ever.

This hotel is a really nice one. Situated down by a hospital if in case you would have to go to the ER (hopefully not) but it is walking distance to various restaurants and a pretty good sized Goodwill store. Rooms are decent sized with standard amenities like coffee maker and cable TV but basic channels. Down in the lobby is a dining area and has free breakfast and it's a nice variety of breakfast items to choose from. Stuff like cereal and bagels to a pancake machine, scrambled eggs, and sausage. Staff is friendly and very attentive to the needs of the guests.
