Mother Computers

I've dealt with these guys for years. As someone who know nothing about computers, it's great to know you can trust these guys to sell you a computer that works for you and that they will service your machine quickly and efficiently. (love the same day service) Thanks James for all the help!

You can buy most of the mice, keyboards, gpu's, cables, etc at best buy across the street for cheaper... Be me, trying to get some thermal paste, ask a staff member if he some, could tell he didn't like being there, he said "of course we do" went to the back grabbed me an opened and used paste for the same price as a new one. At least at best buy the staff there smile. P.S if you're getting a repair, watch out and make sure these guys don't give you old parts like did with my computer... smh

I must comment on my experiences here. I will start by saying that they really know what they are talking about when it comes to their product. That said, their customer service isn't great, nor is their pricing. I found several products $10-40 cheaper online than they were charging in store. And, when I DID decide to order a part through them, I was told it would be delivered the next day. However it did not arrive for 4 days after they assured me it would. I know they cannot control how fast something gets to the store once an order is placed, but DO NOT assure a customer of next-day delivery if the promise will not be kept. Oh, and one of the guys there is a super slimy salesman. Don't ask him for a recommendation unless you want the most expensive, unnecessary parts. If you're really nice they may give you a slight discount... but check Walmart first. I found a cheaper, better alternative part there after buying one here which one of the guys recommended to me. I hope my words can be a nice forewarning.

Brought in a running Msi Gaming Laptop to have a bigger SSD drive added and my files cloned to the new drive. They were supposed to give me a call when finished same day. Instead I had to call them past the quoted time to find out the status on my laptop. Just to find out my laptop will no longer boot to windows the manager said all hardware looks good we can’t seem to figure out the problem. So let me get this straight.. I had a running laptop before I came in here a reputable computer repair shop. Now it’s not working and you can’t fix it? Now I am out a 1000$ laptop and stuck with something that doesn’t work. WARNING STAY AWAY!
