Jason helped me with a rush request. Very quick and efficient - service with a smile. Have been into the location several times; everyone there is friendly and knowledgeable. Will definitely use again.
Have used fastenal for years with many different companies. The Victoria, British Columbia branch is a complete joke. Tradesmen don’t all want to go online and place orders. When out at a supplier, and you want to swing by to grab something you remember, this branch does not work. I can honestly say I’ve had nothing but great experiences with this company, until the arrogant staff on Douglas in Victoria. Will be stopping shopping here now, and closing account to make the switch to Raider-Hansen. There, I can walk right in and they appreciate my business.
I love everyone at Fastenal, Victoria. Jason was very helpful, courteous and professional. The quality and variety of items you can get through Fastenal is amazing. Keep up the good work Jason - I'll be back!
As a contractor I was very disappointed in the price and service I received. I have shopped at many Fastenal's around BC and never had such disrespect and negative attitude. Usually Fastenal is very completive in their pricing but not at this store. Go to Fastener Force down the street for a much better price and service! You can expect to pay 3 times as much here compared to Fastener Force
Been looking for shoulder bolts to repair my air compressor wheels and nobody has them turns out Fastenal has them, but they won't sell them to me. showed up at their store to find out they don't sell to the general public! Only to commercial outlets. Don't waste your time on these jerks. on the phone they tell you they have the product and where they're located... drive there just to find out you won't be allowed to buy anything from them!
Fastenal staff try and get you what you need when you need it. They are easy to communicate with, and go over and above. There are some items that are long lead that one would think would be in stock at Fastenal, , but overall, I enjoy working with Jason F at the Victoria location.
This place is by far the worst place to go for anything. The current staff have no training or knowledge at all. They are slow and lazy as well. You can’t run a business and rely on this horrible place. You would do much better to go to fastener force on hillside.
Great team to work with. Appreciate they are sticking to COVID rules to keep everyone safe. downtown Fastenal is very organized and staff are awesome to work with.
The 2 old guys are Awesome ... A Contractor would rather deal with a Team that choses to deal strictly with Business to Business transactions = Quick & Prompt Service. Great Job & Thanks
Fastenal is always prompt on delivering our orders and communicating any backorders. Very easy to communicate with the staff and they are very professional!
