Amazing place with great vibe and friendly staff!nnThere are two bars in one space that does not serve food and focus on the drinks.nOne of them serves beer on tap with a good variety to select from, and there is another bar with live music We were there on a Friday night and cocktails to choose fromnYou can bring your own food and we grabbed pizza from a nearby pizza place and ordered a couple of beers as wellnVery nice place to hangoutnIt is a bar service with two nice bartenders snd great suggestions.

One of my favorite cafe in the area! Their Mocha is really good 10/10, the chocolate is the perfect sweetness, and the coffee is also perfect. I also got the blueberry banana bread, it was pretty decent and really worth the price $ 3.2 , definitely an 8/10.nnThe cafe is always crowded, but in general, it shouldn't be too hard to get a table. Place is cozy and clean, highly recommended!

The Only Cafe is the most popular cafe/bar in this neighborhood. It’s less than a min walk from Donlands station. I really like the coffee and pastries here. Their salads and yogurt/cereal jars are also very yummy vegan& gluten free ! The atmosphere is great, very warming and cozy. They often have events and bands playing live music. It’s a great place to relax, to meet people and to hang out with friends. I come here mostly during the day for coffee, but if you like beer, they have a huge collection of beers. Great fun in the bar. Highly recommended!

Ok, first time I went, it was pure chaos and I wasn't a fan, but it's grown on me. The staff really are personable and the beer selection is great. It's dive-y in a good way. I think I'm hooked.nnI'm not a fan of unnecessary live music, and don't think it should be a thing on a Friday or Saturday at a place that is so obviously popular, so they lose a point for that, but otherwise, I'm now loving it.

Have been coming here almost daily for coffee since moving into the neighborhood five years ago. The staff are like family and go out of their way to treat my children with kindness and enthusiasm. Coffee is Detour and there is no charge for alternative milks. I miss when they had a lunch/dinner menu! But the snacks and pastries they have now are really good also. My favourite back patio in the city.
