Visited Tamasha Bar + Indian Kitchen and tried the Peri Peri Fries, Maggi Jhol Momos, Tandoori Chicken Wings, Mini Truffle Mushroom & Cheese Kulcha with Makhni Gravy, and Kolkata Special Street Style Chowmein. The food was good, but not exceptional, with flavors that were enjoyable but didn’t particularly stand out. The ambience is vibrant and well-designed, making it a great place to hang out. The service was good, and they have a variety of alcoholic drinks to choose from. Overall, a nice spot for a casual outing with decent food and great vibes. Wouldn’t mind visiting again!
They have such a nice indian food. We had a very tasty hakka noodles ever in Canada. We also tried sizzling brownie too and it was a very nice and the brownie was very soft. It is a bit expensive though but worth it.
Been coming here for years for their Bollywood night after 11pm.. Have always loved their momos and peanuts with drinks.nThis time we came for dine-in. We ordered quite a few chicken dishes, peanuts, golgappe, momos, nachos, aloo tikki burger with peri peri fries, noodles and cauliflower appetizer, along with beers and cocktail.nnApart from the tandoori momos and peanuts, everything else tasted bad. The food felt cold and tasteless. Lacked flavor and freshness.nWouldn't recommend this place for dine in for the price point as Toronto now has quite a few good Indian food options.nnAlso they charges us 18% gratuity for just a party of 4 !!!
Tacky lil bar and restaurant that parades around as a night club for North Indian kids who are just happy to be at some place in Canada that has Punjabi music, flashing lights and a red carpet entrance. It's still a basic bar/restaurant that I had visited when it first opened.nNowadays, even if you just want to visit the place for a drink, you get a discount club vibe.nWhich if you think about it, is exactly the kind of vibe the place is going for and people like I guess.nnUpdate: tried the food. Not bad.
Tamasha: The Best Place in Mid Town Toronto for Indian Food Lovers with a Twist…We ordered Kolkata Style Chowmein and Chilli Chicken and both of the dishes were Delicious. Also their Ambience and service by Apoorva was next level as we did walk in but still she was able to find a place in 15 mins for us. Also their decor and music played is amazing.nnBelow are my overall ratings for the placennFood Taste: 10nAmbience: 10nService: 10nPortion Size: 8nLocation: 8
