Ruby Soho

Went here for our second stop of the evening after our company Christmas party. They were able to accommodate our large group. The server was doing a hell of a job keeping up with everyone's orders. I really enjoyed the truffle fries. The sweet potato fries were only ok in comparison. They had a wide variety of drinks and cocktails available. I would definitely come back with friends!

WE LOVE RUBY!!! We had the honour of being served by KIRI!!! She was so sweet and had impeccable service can't wait to be serviced by her againn!! We came for a joint birthday party on a Tuesday with 10+ girls and it was great. Food was also good but KIRI was the star so sweet and accommodating

One of the few places opened on Christmas Eve, we ordered a bunch of dishes and loved every bit of it. We added short rib to our nachos which was fantastic. The Korean sliders were so well balanced in flavours - sweet with a kick that's not too spicy. The beef quesadillas were so well done, with sprinkled Parmesan on the top and the Jerk Chicken was so flavourful with the pickled sides. Drinks were fantastic too from their martinis to their festive cocktails!

Brunch at Ruby Soho was mostly fun and delicious but slightly slow.nnCame here for a birthday brunch with a group of 14 girls and overall had a great experience! The food was beautifully plated and full of flavor, with a few standout dishes.nnThe Classic Breakfast was simple and delicious the raspberry jam that came with the toast was amazing. Only thing that lacked was the corn bread it was dense and dry.nnPork Belly Benny was rich and flavourful the pork belly was almost candy like sweet, crunch and fatty.nnThe only letdown was the Avocado Toast, It felt a bit bland and got lost under the sprouts.nnOur waitress was friendly and did her best due to short staffing but overall it was still very slow service.

We visited this place on New Year's day and it did not disappoint! The staff was extremely welcoming and friendly. The atmosphere brings a whole new meaning to old-school meets classy; vintage videos of the city being played across the TV's, unique names for drinks and warm lighting for a great rustic bar feel. We ordered the poutine for the very first time as being Americans and we couldn't stop talking about it. The custom napkins were a nice touch too. This would be our local hangout spot, if we lived in Toronto. Highly recommend!!!
