The Mobility Shop

We had an arrangement with this outfit for them to purchase some gently used home hospital equipment that we no longer needed. After telling me they would call to set up a date within the next two days I didn't hear back from them and called two more times over the next two weeks, each time giving my name and number. I still didn't receive a call and when I called back a third time they told me they were not interested any more. I could have sold our equipment elsewhere if they had the decency to return any of my calls instead of leaving me twisting in the wind. I told them that's no way to run a business and let them know that all the social media out there allows me to tell my story. After my experience I would think twice about conducting any business with these people as reliability and customer service seem to be severely lacking.
