Lindt Chocolate Shop - Don Mills

I love the service. The staff said she tried everything in the store. I like listening to her personal comments and recommendations to their products. This kind of in-person curation have unique feelings compare to online shopping. I love the interior design too.

Love this store! Beautiful with yummy selection of cold and hot drinks. Lucy is a pleasure to talk to and the staff there is really helpful. I went in there on Midnight Madness and am a regular visitor. Great sales too! The best location.

Terrible customer service. Went in to purchase a gift for someone. Item was featured on their website as being on sale. Staff present did not know what was on sale and it took 3 staff to find out. Item was supposed to come with a case to hold chocolates and was a small paper box which was not what was featured on website. This is false advertising. When I mentioned to staff that I would need something much more gift like, she laughed and said, We can put it in a plastic bag. I will never return to this location.

Huge Lindt store with a great selection of chocolates and drinks too. Lots of nice gifts, friendly staff and often some kind of sale on.

This lovely little shop has the power to turn anyone into a kid in a candy store. The place looks--and even smells--delicious, and the staff is friendly and helpful. It even caters to chocolate lovers on a budget, with sales on different items. Forget Valentine's and Mother's Day; treat _yourself_ to a Lindt!
