Bell

This Bell Retail location (not corporate) is one of the worst customer service experiences I have ever had in my entire life. Not just with telecommunication companies, which is already a low standard, but across the board. The management does not set up their team with the appropriate tools for success and often times, the staff are not trained on the proper procedures, protocol, and processes to complete the most basic requests. The last time I was in store, the manager sat in the backroom barking orders at the sales associate while I stood at the front desk having a broken telephone conversation, instead of coming out to the floor and speaking to me face to face. I have been given false promises and unfilfilled requests, which were only resolved when I took the time to inquire myself (not the other way around). What I would recommend is to NOT visit this branch and instead go to any other Bell location within a 10km radius. It's worth the trip to Fairview Mall to avoid unnecessary frustration at the Shops.

Great service! Not what you would expect, the employees are willing to throughly answer and explain any questions or concerns you have. I have been going to this location for over three years and will continue to do so.

This is not a real BELL Store , it is a bell dealer. So services that you can get for free at a Bell store, this store will charge you for it. I was charged $35 dollar for a new SIM card that I could have got it for free at a real Bell store ( Fairview mall). Oh well, you live and learn ; (

This store has always been courteous, kind and helpful to me. I would highly recommend going here, even if it is out of your way, because they truly have the best customer service at this location.
