Excellent customer service from Judy, Lakshan, and David. They are all very knowledgeable, patient, and even went beyond their roles in fulfilling what I needed in new mobility and residential services as I have recently moved into a condo. Highly recommend this store!

I was given a SIM card and told that if I signed a contract my number would be ported with in 2 hrs. This was over a month ago and I have been charged over $1200 for absolutely no service.

Went to ask about my phone and got exactly what I needed. Very good prices and very nice staff, especially a worker name Judy. Small store with amazing products. Totally recommend this store to people.

Poor service, web pages that do not work. I recently changed my data for my phones. The person on the phone could not communicate in English adequately. At the end of my billing period I had no data. I was trying to do from 3 to 2 g. This evening I went to change my payment method and Bell’s web page would not let me. I have been with Bell ten years. The phone services are poor. I drive on highway 43 in ALberta five days a week. When the oil patch goes on spring break, so does Bell’s phone service. Every spring I contacted Bell and complain. Nothing has ever changed. I have never been late on paying my bill, 100 % efficient. Too bad Bell can not say the same.
