Structube

Earlier this year, I purchased 4 Cube dining chairs. I love the chairs and receive many compliments on the chairs. This location is close to my workplace which is good but there isn't a lot of parking as it's part of the Shops at Don Mills. I was able to pick up my chairs within a week and they were easy to put together. I'm excited as there is a Structube opening in Ajax soon so that will make it more convenient for those of us who live in the east end. The sales team was nice but I had already decided what chairs I wanted after researching online so I felt that I didn't need their assistance.

I had a great experience at Structube in the Shops at Don Mills plaza. The staff were helpful and friendly and the store itself was easy to navigate, well lit and clean. I bought a couple of industrial-looking counter stools and I'm really happy with them. Structube is a great place to find modern/good quality furniture at affordable prices. Love supporting Canadian companies! I'll be doing more shopping here for my future move.

always a beautiful and clean room to visit, excellent location and easy parking. the staff are all helpful and willing to make sure they can help you locate an item, or order it , or put a hold on the item. it's busier on the weekends but just be patient and someone will be able to help. we purchased a bench, a coffee table, a side table, and 4 chairs from Structube, great quality for the value. I still revisit the website or the store to see what else we can get from time to time.

Recently purchased a dining table and chairs and are really happy with them. The sales associate was really friendly and helpful and didn't push the sale even though they work based on some type of commission- he was more concerned with finding us something that worked with our space. The delivery service was punctual and they provide a call when they are closer to your home. Overall, great contemporary options at really affordable prices!

Called 6 times to find out about my order and if they can hold it longer. As it stated online that this item was supposed to be in stock in the end of September, but they notified me yesterday that it's already in stock one month earlier. I did not move yet and i don't have enough space to keep it until the end of September as it was supposed to be. After calling multiple times and getting different people on the line, nobody could provide me a clear answer, not a store, not a head office. They promised to reach me back, but no any call has been received. During last call I made myself again, I spoke with some lady from the head office (her name is Christina). She was quite rude and tried to interrupt me all the time, while I was explaining to her the whole situation. In the end she told me that they cannot promise anything until the item will be in a store and only on the day they call me to pick it up I can "BEG" them to keep it a little longer. And only then store will be able to judge if they can hold it for me or not. What happened was not my fault, why I should stress myself and "BEG" somebody.. Super unprofessional. I will write another review, after I will get my order, on actual product's quality. For now it's just a luck of a customer service update.
