The late night staff are very nice. As the store isn't crowded at that time, they have the time to be extra helpful. Love seeing the same faces-- everyone seems happy and that makes me think they're treated well.

Called in to speak with Rob regarding a product they sell. (An associate told me to contact him). I asked him a question and he hung up on me. Found that rude, called again and it kept on ringing until he picked up the phone and hung up again. Terrible customer service. Never buying anything from them again. Recommend not going to this metro.
