Bell

First mistake was signing up with Bell in the first place, second was doing it at this store. Asked one of the staff if the Home Hub 3000 router used for Fibe has QoS settings to allow prioritization of certain internet traffic (so games get priority over TV, for example). Was told yes. This is in fact not true. Fibe is completely inferior to my old TekSavvy cable internet, which sadly is not available in my building. Meanwhile, another staff member who signed us up managed to type in our address wrong, despite having it written down in front of him, which meant the installer was booked to come to the wrong unit, our bills were set to come to the wrong unit... when we then called customer service to fix this mistake, we began the first of many hours wasted with Bell's appalling customer service department trying to sort their various messes out. They claimed they couldn't change an incorrect address without cancelling and then re-entering our account from scratch, have overbilled us, charged us for equipment we didn't have, added channels we didn't want, and couldn't find their backsides with both hands. They even gave us a dedicated case worker, except following another issue we got another dedicated case worker, and neither was aware of the other's existence.

Poor and unprofessional customer service. The lady with weird English accent was rude and unprofessional as well as the staff suppose to be at their duty till 9:00 pm as its shown in their website However, at 8:00 the lady told me go to Scarborough town center and no one working here today. So rude and not helpful. Hope whoever is supervisor at this place put someone with better customer service abilities...

I had a terrible terrible experience with Bell customer service in Fairview Mall in Toronto. Dishonest, rude and unprofessional supervisor. I had a Tablet plan which enabled me to make calls and text with apps when I used my phone's data. I changed the cellphone for which I needed to change the sim from micro to nano. The supervisor of that Bell counter said I had to bye a sim and I did. An associate installed it and did not work. She said it won't work unless I unlock my device that would cost me a lot again. I required talking to their supervisor. He was representing the worst customer service I had ever seen. He was unwilling to help or even explain. I said if you told me that I had to unlock it, I would have never buy a new sim. he kept saying he didn't want to "go through our previous conversation", which I believe was exactly his job and responsibility. we argued for an hour that was just frustrating and unsatisfactory! He was dishonest, disrespectful, impolite and unprofessional. eventually he fixed it for me. He was simply trying to make me unlock my device or go home and call 1800...

Says it is open until 7pm it is now 6:20 and they are shut tighter than a ducks ass in a pond I have to come back tomorrow and complain about the very poor quality of my phone only to probably be told they can't do anything about it
