I had a great experience at the Apple Store thanks to Omar! He was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable about all the features of the iPhone. He took the time to walk me through everything I needed to know, answered all my questions patiently, and made sure I felt confident using my new phone. His customer service was top-notch—friendly, clear, and genuinely enthusiastic about helping. If you’re visiting the store and need help, I highly recommend asking for Omar!
As a loyal Apple ecosystem user and small shareholder, I'm extremely disappointed with my recent experience. I stood in the store for 10 minutes without receiving any assistance. Staff either briefly smiled at me before walking away or kept their heads down pretending not to see me. This service falls far below Apple's standards. I've invested in multiple Apple products believing in the company's commitment to exceptional customer experience, but today's treatment was unacceptable.
Went in Monday at 11am, booked an appointment there and was told to wait 10 minutes before checking in for my appointment 20 minutes later. My tech support guy Anton came to find me almost immediately, saw that I was waiting and told me he didn't want to leave a customer waiting. I was having issues with factory resetting my phone so I addressed my problems to him. He tried factory resetting with laptop and came across the same 1109 error I received. He didn't lose hope and tried another laptop and cord and restarted the machine and multiple attempts later, we were able to successfully reset my phone. He helped me through the reset and backup process and let me chill in the store until I was sure everything was backed up. He was super helpful and accommodating, some of the best customer service I've seen.
This Apple store was huge with wonderful displays of products on the wall. All iPads, iPhones, Macs and watches were displayed on the table. All devices were powered on and available for testing/trying. The also had a huge presentation area. I saw a group getting training on how to use the iPhone. There were lots of customers in the store and equally well staffed Apple geniuses. One genius came and told me taking photos are not allowed in the store, even though there’s no sign for it at the entrance or inside the store, and there are plenty photos that others have posted including Apple themselves !!!!

The staff were knowledgeable, friendly, and went above and beyond to ensure I found the perfect device.nnI purchased the iPhone 16 Pro, and the representative took the time to explain all the features and answer my questions. The setup process was seamless, and they even helped me transfer data from my old phone.nnThe store's atmosphere was modern, clean, and welcoming. The staff's enthusiasm for Apple products was evident, and it made the shopping experience even more enjoyable.nnOverall, I'm thoroughly impressed with the Apple Store's customer service and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a hassle-free shopping experience.
