If you plan to get your phone repaired at this store, I suggest you consider going elsewhere. You might not have to wait as long. At this store, customers' time seems to be of little importance. I had an appointment for a phone repair at 10:50, but when I arrived, I had to wait nearly 30 minutes before anyone attended to me. After an hour and a half of repair time, I returned to the store at 1:00 PM only to be told my phone was ready, but I still had to wait another half hour to finally get it. However, despite the long wait times, the staff was quite polite.

I would have chose the maximum negative score.nn48 hours of incompetence. 3 hours in-store plus another 3 hours on the phone with Apple Support. A total of 6 hours that I’m not getting back plus raising my blood pressure.nnIf anyone from Apple cares, these are the Case IDs for you to understand the “fiasco” that has been orchestrated by many parties, both in 2 different stores and on the phone with the Apple Support agents some were helpful but their other colleagues let them down. One guy shines in a very bad way above all though:nnBranch: Apple Store - Fairview MallnManager Name: Cadeau his name means “gift” in French but he’s the opposite of a giftnnA miserable, rigid, angry, conceited, smug, inefficient, unfriendly manager with ZERO empathy and ZERO service recovery basic skills.nnTry and hire managers who can deal with customers as they should. That guy was treating me as if I was his old enemy from high school. Hire mature grown-ups please. Never again.

The staff here are always polite, respectful and knowledgeable. Apple really sets the standard in customer service and training for their staff. This is always a pleasure to shop here. I highly recommend the products and the experience, great job everyone. I appreciate the fine attention to detail.

Very busy location.nA dedicated person to welcome walk-ins wud have been great. You have to walk around and look for person to help you, then be told that someone else will look after. Then, wait 30 min for that person to come find you.nOther than that, staff is very helpful and well trained in getting things done that u need.
