He took the time to explain everything clearly, compare options, and make sure I was getting the best deal without any pressure. I truly appreciated how attentive and genuine he was.nnAlso, Billy came by and had such a warm and thoughtful conversation with me. Apple Fairview Mall is fantastic! I've purchased multiple devices here—tablets, phones—and the team always takes great care of customers. They usually have great deals and discounts, which is a nice bonus. One time I wanted specific text engraved on a device; I asked and they ordered it for me with no hassle. The staff are knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely helpful. Whether you're buying new or need support, this location delivers excellent service every time. Highly recommend!

I visited the Apple Store to replace the display on my iPhone 16 Pro Max, and the experience was excellent. The customer service was amazing — very professional, friendly, and they explained everything clearly.nnI also brought my son with me, and he enjoyed the activity area for kids, which made the wait much easier. The store was clean, neat, and well organized.nnGreat service and a comfortable environment — highly recommended!

The store manager, Kevin, was rude and lied to me, saying he didn't speak Chinese. He then spoke to me directly in Chinese with a mocking expression. He repeatedly told me to just buy a new cable, refusing to check for human-caused damage, refusing to check if the cable's internal program was locked, and refusing to let me see a repair technician.
