Called about a rental because there site wouldn’t give the pricing due to glitch or bad internet or who knows I’m not a tech guy. Guy I spoke with was a real ass. And said it’s very easy to find online and told me to look it up online myself. When I told him that it was not displaying the prices he said well it works just fine for me, not sure what your problem is. And asked if I actually wanted to him to tell me the price as if I called for another reason. This isn’t the only problem I’ve had when calling in but it did stand out due to how rude he was. Just very short very rude clearly thought I was wasting his time by him having to do his job “help customers “

We got roses today and were served by Rita who was so client-oriented and very informative. She had informed us about the replacement policy for our perennial roses, for as long as we have the receipt and the actual plant that didn’t survive during winter. It was so good to get those kinds of information as shoppers. We were also given very helpful tips at the plant department on how to keep roses during winter. Amazing staff for making time for customers like us.

As soon as we walked in we felt welcome and no pushy salesperson in your face. When we we're ready then the salesperson came to use and ask if we needed assistance, I don't like pushy salespeople so it was great to work with her and will gladly buy from her again. I bought a 2 in 1 washer dryer and was given a great deal and is going to deliver it and install it plus take away the old pair very, very happy with the whole experience.

Went into home depot to only buy a washing machine due to my washer was only 1 and half years old and had a manufacturing defect. I had to replace it. So I thought home depot could help. I also told them I have a bad back. Fist they told me I couldn't use the same pedestal and then I had to detach it myself and then I would also have to wait another appointment for them to install it then I have to pay for removal of the other machine. And also a delivery charge and installation fee.I also got two different stories round in a circle.so because I was paying cash I can go any where. So went to RONA saw Derek right guy free delivery free Install and free removal and also everything will be hooked up at the same time. Thank you great service nice polite guy now that's how it is done....... Thank you RONA
