I find the store very well laid out, and easy to find what I was looking for. The danger was that I was able to find other things that I didn't need, but really wanted. The tool selection was pretty good, and the person covering tools was able to answer my questions about router bits. The only let down was the cashier was more interested in taking to the other cashier than me. I find it hard to do these reviews when I get great customer service and horrible in the same visit. Consider the self checkout, at least when it doesn't talk to you, you expect it.

Yes truly one of the worst customer service stores anywhere in Alberta never mind Red Deer, if there was awards for the worst customer service this place would sweep it all. Editing my post March 14 2018 they are getting much better at customer service, gave them a couple more stars.

I had to ask 3 different people about which isle the item I was looking for was in before getting the right isle. And the gentleman who directed me to the right place made a rude comment.
