Ryan went well above and beyond to make sure we were happy and comfortable with our purchase and he worked hard to ensure we got the best deal possible!! No matter what you need for your home - seek this young man out for his help! Our married life started 35 years ago and the Brick was there helping us decide on a few modest but important to us furnishings. Fast forward the years with a bedroom purchase, then a few years later to a leather sectional. Now yesterday Ryan helped us come home happy and looking forward to an all new matching kitchen. Thank you to the Brick family and their brilliant Sales Associates for being there and helping us make those important purchases. It's nice that a company recognizes the individual importance in making a home no matter how big or small the purchase!
Received excellent customer service from Brock. Recently I purchased a queen size bed at the Red Deer location and needed to have it shipped from the distribution centre to my new home down east. For a number of reasons, the shipping and coordination efforts between the provinces was not able to be completed despite Brock’s best efforts to try to have the furniture waiting there for my arrival. Brock worked tirelessly for 3 days trying to coordinate everything. At the end of the day when it was determined that they could not assist me, Brock cheerfully refunded my money, assuring me all along that I would be able to cancel the sale if they could not meet my request. Because of Brock, I will not hesitate to shop again at the Brick and I am a customer for life.
We had a good customer service experience at The Brick. Our sales representative ‍ Joyce Rivera is very helpful and she is knowledgeable about The Brick products. She helped us since day one, until the end of our purchase. She answered all our questions about couch detailed oriented, and in the end we got the couch that we need for our house. The price is fair for the quality of the couch. We are very happy with our decision to buy the couch from The Brick. I hope they can help more customers to find their perfect furniture or appliances for their home.
I've purchased things over the years from The Brick but I would have to say this was the best experience by far to date. We purchased a platform foundation for a new mattress and the sales associate Brody was amazing in showing the product and answering any questions. Even when we picked up the item there was a corner that was damaged while still in the box, they switched it out and let me inspect the box before leaving. It was a great experience all around, thank you!!!!
Ryan at the brick in red deer was a wicked salesman to deal with. He wasn’t like most salesmen always trying to push you to get more than you actually need. We told him what we wanted and he helped us with the understanding of the other items we would need to go along with it. Then he patiently waited as my wife and I shopped around for the next hour and a half trying to pick out a new coffee table. He was always close by to answer any of our questions and bonus points for him helping me convince my wife that I had picked out the best one. Thanks again for the great experience. I will definitely go back when we need some other things for the house!
Joyce was absolutely amazing! I purchased a washer/dryer a month ago with still no delivery date available. After looking into it, she was able to find me an even better model to be delivered next week with no extra to be paid. She was professional and did her absolute best to get me what I want. The Brick at Red Deer can only be highly recommended! I will not shop anywhere else for appliances.
Our sales associate, Joyce Rivera, worked with us for two afternoons, walking back and forth between the tent and inside, was amazing and helpful. She was very understanding to what our needs were, how to help us choose, and outlined payment options for us. Joyce helped us better understand payment options as well as configurations of sectionals, tent sale prices and every sale of sofa/love seat imaginable. Joyce was supremely laid back and not pushy or overly demanding in needing to help us-we ABSOULTEY appreciated it so much as we did not want to be bombarded with more options and ideas than we already had. If you need a new living room set or anything, Joyce is the person to see or call. 100%!
It was time for me to get a new mattress and I expected it to take a long time. When I showed up Sales Associate Rachel Jabs took the initiative and went straight to me and asked me questions to get a better understanding of what I was looking for. I told her my max price and how I wanted to do one stop shopping. Within no time she picked a mattress which I liked, she found a frame that I liked and with those two and a mattress protector we were still under my max price. Everything was in stock and start to finish was maybe half an hour from when I walked in the door and when I left the store with my new mattress. I would recommend the brick to anyone who needs any new furniture. I will definitely go back if I need anything else.
I had a Wonderful experience in the south brick. Came to buy a mattress and Rachel staff helped me to choose the best one that suits my taste and preference. Such a knowledgeable and patience person..thank you for the discount and all the gifts.. I truly appreciate..
