Interesting location. Seems kind of outdated and older, but has all the stuff princess auto generally offers. We walked then isles looking around because there is always something new to find. The phones were ringing off the hook which kind of put a bit of noise in the air. Overall decent location. The organization as a whole is great so highly recommend trying it out.
I love Princess Auto for a number of reasons. Being a price wise buyer I found there sales to be incredible, there online APP is almost perfect for Curbside pick-up, instore as well as shipping. I am there at least 4 times a week and found that after maybe 3-4 months everything in the store went on sale at one point or another, this allowed me to literally save over 50-75% on everything I bought. Shopping this way of course means there are alot of "Projects" I am working on at once , after I gather my essentials I complete my projects. This method is not at all for everyone. I would like to mention that this accounts for special tooling as well as products and extremely rare and unique products that with some imagination for the future there is no better store anywhere. Being Canadian owed is a huge bonus to me as well for warranty purposes and shipping costs etc... The staff is very Knowledgeable and helpful even spent time finding the items on my shopping list I made on their app for me, talk about extremely high Customer service and support!!!! It's very true when they say the sale is not complete until you are satisfied. One last thing ... Picking up there Massive Catalogs or Downloading there app is the only true way to experience this Fantastic store as they have far too many products and suppliers that it is not possible to have anywhere close to all the items they sell or what your looking for on the floor at once. This is one of the Main reasons I visit so very often as they have the foresight to understand that by rotating there display items , they hope to show the public the various products they can offer us. This does not mean that they don't sell your favorite item anymore, there is just no room at the time , it will be back on the floor or you can order it from there APP straight to your door. The lady that worked the floor thought I was casing the joint snapping pictures of the aisles, like if your worried about theft, I dont know why, everything here is so cheap, stealing wouldnt even be worth the effort lol. The selection in this store is so random, its hard to say what youll find here, so I thought I would take some pictures to help people looking online. She said I couldnt post the pictures online, but I am going to anyways... Customer always right! :D
I was not super excited to go into this store when my husband decided he needed to stop in there to look around but I have to admit I was impressed with the variety of items they had in stock and the staff were very helpful and informative. Great store :
Went for items on their flyer and they were sold out. This is quite normal for them after the first sale day. Staff was helpful and friendly like usual.
It was far more difficult to find what I was looking for and when I had asked 2 different staff members where I could find a particular item, I was given a general corner of the store it was in and not the isle it could be found in. When I got to the area the good thing was there was a lot of product on the shelves however everything was so jammed into the shelves that it made seeing what was actually there so I asked the second staff member in that area and he couldn't tell me if they even had the product.... it was a paint brush I was looking for, a simple paint brush how does one not know if you have them in the store?
Have shopped for automotive supplies at Princess Auto, going back to their old location. The new facility is awesome, lots of selections for auto, shop, and tools. You can even have a coffee while you shop. I mostly purchase car parts accessories such as zip ties, inline fuses, tap-a-fuse, ring terminals, heat shrink, etc. Alsways at a good low price.

Really great service! We ordered online and the item was delivered the same day by a friendly competent PA worker and they dropped off a big catalogue which we appreciate - it's full of good ideas :
Wandered around and had a look.. since they moved out to gas alley I need a reason to go all the way across town to shop there.
