The staff at the Red Deer store is amazing ready willing and able to discuss your shopping needs - even when I am browsing. The atmosphere is friendly, the store is clean and there is a lightness of feeling that is exhibited by the staff. For in any industry your most precious resource is your staff for you may have the best merchandise in the world - if your staff is not happy it shows. Thanks again for the fun filled welcoming experience - for I know I can walk in that store anytime and enjoy it. Keep up the good work sorry don't know your names - you are awesome staff.

I am a designer and have never received better service or kindness from anyone else in this industry. They're staff is amazing and helpful. They are so accommodating and work hard to make sure that what you're getting is exactly what you want and what you need. I would highly recommend this location in particular to anyone looking for furniture for any space.

My girlfriend and I recently purchased a $5000.00 custom designed couch from Urban Barn in Red Deer and we had a horrible experience from start to finish. First of all, when we were in the store designing and ordering our couch, the lady was helpful for the first 10 minutes on giving us basic information about the couch but then she walked away without finishing up with us and ended up helping out 5 different customers and never returned. She said she was going to get us more information on the time frame of ordering the couch in. We stood around thinking she might have just gotten interrupted by other customers, it's understandable, but she never came back. We actually had to ask someone else to help us. We were told to wait for the lady who was originally helping us. We looked around the store, picked out a few items we wanted to purchase. An hour went by and the sales lady never came back to us. We decided to go up to the till to pay for our items and finish up with th couch process. The lady who was originally helping us then pushed me to the side again and helped another customer who just butted herself into the line. After another long 45 minute wait just to watch 3 other customers be helped before us, we ended up finally paying for our items and ordering the couch. They said there was 1 available in Vancouver but they were not able to give me info on if it was secured to be mine or if someone else had secured it. I asked the lady to then, check th the inventory and see if it was still showing, so that maybe it could give us an idea if th couch was secured as ours or if we'd have to wait for the order. She didn't even check, she rang through my items, gave me my receipt and called up next customer. I ended up calling the store the next day to see if they could check, she told me I had to wait 2 weeks for the couch to be delivered on February 15th. February 14th rolls by and I hadn't heard anything from Urban Barn or from the delivery company, which we paid $100.00 for. They told me the couch hasn't landed at the Warehouse in Red deer yet and that she would call the Vancouver Warehouse to get more information for me. I waited 4 hours for a call back, and she told me I had to wait another week but had no reasoning. So we waited.... a week later, still no follow up call. So we call Urban Barn again, she tells me it looks like the couch is at the Warehouse in Red Deer. (They didn't bother to call and let me know that) but the lady said I should be expecting a call from the delivery company/Warehouse in Red deer to set up my delivery time. The next day I got a call from them saying they are looking to book delivery 4 days later. Which is rediculous because the sales lady put my delivery date in her system at Urban Barn for February 15th. I ended up going to pick up the couch myself 2 days later because they kept giving me the run around on delivery times and had no reasoning what so ever. So now I have paid $100.00 for delivery on a couch that I had to arrange to pick up myself, and which I waited 3.5 weeks when I was told 2 weeks for delivery and also spent 2.5 hours in the store waiting just to order it. I love the Urban Barn brand and products but the customer service was disastrously horrible. I hope that no further customers have to experience what I experienced after spending $5000.00 + dollars in their store.

I had the most excellent customer service at the store today! We had purchased 3 stools in the Fall and decided we wanted a few more. I couldn't find them on the website so I took a picture with me into the store and Bonnie knew right away what I was looking for. Unfortunately they have discontinued the stool but Bonnie had 1 display model in her store and she looked up where I could find another one. After 4 phone calls and a few emails she found me 2 more stools. She even followed up with me via email to ensure I knew where to pick them up, etc. This level of customer service is so refreshing. Thank you so much Bonnie for going above and beyond, you are a rock star!
