Canadian Tire

Decent store! They have a big variety of products, and the staff that I have interacted with were usually pleasant. The products that I have purchased have been of good quality. I bought my winter tires here, and they are amazing, I did, however, take them to my regular mechanic for installation. I have had one experience with their mechanic shop to replace the plug on my block heater, and they were able to get me in the same day. The price was good, and the service was fast!

Steve, the supervisor, was great. So friendly and went above and beyond to make sure I was happy.nnCanadian Tire used to have great deals. Now it seems like they bump their prices way up so it looks like a great deal. Also, their return policy sucks! If you want to return something, you better have all your ducks in a row, or they'll deny your return.

Very unpleasant customer service. Purchased 2 cans of paint for our house. Used one and the colour was perfect paint was smooth. The second can when I opened it has black chunks in it, when I stirred it. They disappeared! So I poured it into the tray and went to paint the walls, the black chunks transferred to our wall. I went back to Canadian tire asking for an exchange for a new paint or even a store credit. The lady at the return desk called her manager. I explained to the manager the paint must have been faulty or something because we have never seen this, she didn’t believe me and told me I had used the paint now trying to return it. I was really embarrassed with the accusation from her, I asked her to please just open the paint to look at it and maybe she would understand what I was talking about. She refused and again accused me of trying to use the paint and return it almost empty. I was really frustrated, we have spent over 2k at Canadian tire this month while renovating our home & buying Christmas presents. I don’t need the $45 for the paint but I would have liked to be treated like a normal human being or to grab an exchange for the same paint. She made me feel like I was trying to steal or something. Crazy to me, worst customer service I’ve ever received. The managers name was Denila. She shouldn’t be working in a customer service position. We went to Benjamin Moore instead, and have decided to shop elsewhere from now on.nnWould rate 0 stars.

I would give this store 0 stores if I could. I went there last night and bought a coffeemaker with a latte maker attached. It was the last one that they had the display model and I thought I had lucked out. Neither the person helping me find it told me that because it's a display model that it is a final sale. When I got home, I noticed that the whisk was missing from the latte maker, and went back to try and return it because obviously I couldn't gift it the way it was. When I spoke with the manager she insisted it was a final sale and that there was nothing that she could do for me. She suggested that I contact the manufacturer to try and get the missing part. When I mentioned that no one told me that it was a final sale item my receipt didn't state anywhere that it was final sale.nShe told me that the reason why it was discounted was that it was a display model, but then told me that the store in Sylvan Lake had some in stock and were selling them $10 cheaper then what I had paid.nShe told me there was nothing they could do with it, and I was stuck with it.nnThe lack of customer service will make sure I never return to this store.

It's Canadian tire. Sections have all been moved and adjusted again. Hard to find the way out. Have to sneak through a gate if you want to leave without buying something. Prices are average whatever. Selection is average whatever. Nothing stands out about this location.
