Beautiful HUGE showroom with a massive selection of furniture at great prices. The staff is very helpful and happy to answer any questions. Sims will always be my go-to spot for furniture.

The place to go for furniture, most of the furniture in my home is from here, their quality is good and so is there service. Also visit their large floor area of reduced items. The store does have washrooms and offer warm drinks, coffee, etc.

We ordered a sofa and chair in white and was told it would be here in 4 months. 3 months in we asked for an update and was told it would not arrive by the end of the 4th month. The lady, Mary, told us she'd keep us updated but did not hear from her until we contacted her again. We finally get news it was here in Canada after 6 months. On the day of delivery, we get a call their delivery truck broke down and would have to delay the delivery but couldn't give us a date and time. It was so absurd I was beyond being upset. My advice would be to not purchase anything that is not in stock. So here I am past 6 months from date of purchase with my living room still empty of the sofa and chair... and I don't even know if its going to come with damage or poor quality.

One of the best furniture stores in Red Deer. Lots of high end selection as well as a large clearence centre were you can find great deals.
