Mattress Mattress

Have bought all my mattresses there in the past. Even returned one once. Last mattress I bought it was suggested by health care I got firm. Got it home and slept 1 night on it. Called and he suggested jumping and walking on it to break it down... Seriously! Didn't know you couldn't exchange it anymore. Now I'm stuck with an expensive mistake. Looking for a new store who cares about your comfort I've emailed you a few days ago still with no response.

We had a unique request. We live in Red Deer and wanted to buy mattresses for our mother in Kelowna. We also couldn’t haul them to Kelowna. Maury our sales representative saw no concern for our request. He recommended two mattresses for our consideration. We picked one, he contacted Kelowna and spoke to Kelowna Mattress Mattress. Arrangements were made to have the mattresses, box springs and bed frames delivered to my moms home. They removed the old mattresses and installed the new ones. My mother was delighted with these young men. Our overall experience was exceptional. It’s rare to experience people like Maury and Nicole. It’s been a pleasure!!! Wish I could choose 10 Stars

i love these beds, i never have bought them and never will, i just come here and sleep in the display beds under the covers while no ones looking.

I bought 5 mattresses from this place. Murray the manager was nice enough to walk me through the process of "Beducation". I later had an issue with one of the box Springs. Murray went through the warranty process and got it replaced for us. Smooth process and very friendly staff.

I had a Great visit with Jared, he knows his beds and he made me a Good offer on a bed. I enjoyed my visit last night and highly recommend this business if need a bed. We have bought 2 beds at this store in the past. Beds are A very personal purchase, so finding a good company is important. :-)
