Nice people...easy to deal with. Except the prices are outrageous. Just got a notice home insurance was going up $42 a month. They did take $20 off when called an inquired. Most people and neighbours I talked to pay for home and vehicle per month, and it's only a little more for both. Will be shopping for new insurance company very soon

Nice staff and always doing what they can to help you, but their automobile insurance prices are 30% higher than pretty much every other insurance company I checked. Not their fault, but why pay that much higher when you don't have to? They made it really easy for me to switch and I couldn't be happier with the professionalism.

Poor customer satisfaction, nothing but hassles with my bank and when I finally cancell3d my insurance they still took money outta my bank

I wouldn't give them 1 Star, but the post button is disabled until you do. Recently visited my Mom in Edmonton and came across her home insurance renewal notice. They were going to charge her $4200/yr . I called them and asked why it was so much, and the reply was it was because of her credit. I called around and found the same policy for $1100. So now her Home and Auto insurance is half of what she was going to pay for her home insurance alone! I was totally disgusted. She has so much other things going on and does not pay much attention to others that would take advantage of her trusting nature. Please make sure that you try multiple location for your insurance.
