Shelley Orvold - State Farm Insurance Agent

My wife and I have been using Shelly and her team for three going on four years now and absolutely love the personalized service we receive. Everytime we call they are are always very quick to help and answer any questions we have. My wife had a bad accident a couple years back and they were very helpful and supportive. I have zero complaints about this office.

I have had the pleasure of having Shelley Orvold as my Insurance Agent for the past 25 or so years, as she served my elderly parents for a long time and was suggested through a glowing recommendation. Please ignore the negative reviews - people seem to have various grievances for various small reasons, but I can say with all due respect that she is a very professional and extremely kind person. She has respected my financial needs over the years and did not not push or force any services on me that I did not want or need. I have had 2 motor vehicle accidents in the past and she has worked hard to advocate for me on both occasions, and I truly feel that her services are worth every cent. I remain impressed by Shelley Orvold's level of warm service, and will continue to value her expertise for many years to come.

Having dealt with Shelley Orvold's State Farm office for over 20 years, I have always found their service to be superb and personable. As well, State Farm has always handled claims fairly and promptly with no hassle.
